Just want to say how great the service was. I did not feel like a client, amazing communication and prompt work. My services felt as if they were top priority, which made me feel like a valuable client. Thank you Coral once again, will always be recommending you to anyone in need!

Excellent service all round! I would highly recomend Mrs Coral Williams as she successful won our case for Habitual Residency required for Universal Credit. Although it was a long process due to the pandemic, they kept us informed and chased our case with the DWP. I would like to personally thank Mrs Coral Williams for her diligence, professionalism and understanding thoughout this difficult time.

A receptionist who has a terrible telephone manner and lacks interpersonal skills on the basic first point of call level. With ignorant management refusing to investigate her because of little prior complaints, suposidly....
This company will not address complaints for investigation but defend their terrible customer service. Standards are low and they clearly feel uncomfortable to answer when questioned. Be warned.

I would like to thank Coral Williams and her team for their professionalism and continuous support with regards to my Housing Benefit overpayment of a substantial amount. I was elated when Coral Williams called me to advise that we had been successful in winning a favourable outcome with regards to my case on the grounds of official error.
I would definitely recommend Robinson Wilson Solicitors as they were successful in winning my case in a very proficient manner.
