First time visiting this spa, had an hour long Swedish massage and it was fantastic, the therapist was great at making me feel relaxed but also really concentrating on tense or knotted areas. Came out feeling so much better.
The setting itself is absolutely beautiful and didn't feel rushed at any point. I will definitely be coming back for more treatments in the future. It's definitely not the cheapest option out there for a massage but easily one of the best I've been to.

I've been to Ramside Spa many times and have always recommended to friends and family. Visited this week though and was totally disappointed. Prices have gone up and quality of service has drastically gone down. It was VERY busy and I go as far to say it was overbooked. Had to queue to check in (about 10 people in front of us when we arrived) which I've never had to do. Once through into the pool area I've never seen it so busy - no beds available in the paid access area or main pool area. Reception blamed this on weather as people weren't sitting outside - if that's the case they need to reduce

Really enjoyed the day & experience.
Lunch was excellent & server's were very acommadating.
Really nice greating on arrival explaining what the day had to offer.
I would however like to point out that I'm disabled & can't stand for to long & find showering difficult without a seat, I think more concideration needs to be put in place for people like my self so that we can fully enjoy the experience like other without having to struggle.

The spa was really clean and all of the staff that we came across the day we visited were lovely, friendly and very attentive. I even noticed the little touches such as tidying and folding robes when people werent using them. Free apples and refreshments around the pool as well as brownies and other sweet samples. I would visit again.
