It is our job to ensure everything we select is ethically sourced with full provenance and of the highest quality.

The hours of business are on this website and online. 10am till 6pm. It also clearly states that no appointment is required.
I arrived before 4pm and the door was locked. I waited for 30 minutes as staff in the building said that the assistant would probably come back. I called the phone number displayed online but could hear it ringing out inside.
A receptionist in the building used their mobile phone to call the shop assistant who did answer. She said that she could be back in the shop in one and a half hours and asked me to wait, I declined.
The journey was a waste of my time and this company
