Karen asked us to see if we could help by replacing a new skylight, as the old one was beyond repair. We were part of the works involved in updating a 1930's bungalow into an open plan modern living space. We worked along side other trades and were involved with supplying and fitting.

We were involved in the works of updating a 1930's bungalow into an open plan modern living space which included an attic conversion. As part of the attic conversion the architect specified roof vents to comply with building regulations. The job started with planning out where all the vents were going to be positioned.
We were asked by Karen to see if we could help by replacing a new skylight, as the old one was beyond repair. We took all the old slates that were damaged to the skip then cleaned up the area around skylight. Fitted new Velux window to suit and finished off job by re-slating and replacing new slates to match existing slates where needed.
