We are situated in Redcar, a coastal town in the North East of England, with a population of approximately 60,000. The building itself is jointly owned by 'the Mikes' and has undergone substantial renovation since it was purchased. The building (a 100 year-old shop unit with living accommodation above) had been, amongst other things, a butchers shop and also a youth training centre.
The building now extends to 1500 square feet and has 5 surgeries. Most visitors to the practice are impressed by the internal layout and feeling of spaciousness. This is in addition to the ultra modern surgeries and facilities and being fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Services
At PADP we aim to instruct our patients of all ages how to look after their teeth and prevent decay and tooth loss. Members of our staff are trained in topical fluoride application and smoking cessation. We will advise you on the best way to restore your teeth, whether this is using long lasting amalgam fillings or tooth coloured composite materials.
This covers everything listed in Band 1 above, plus any further treatment such as fillings, root canal work or if your dentist needs to take out one or more teeth. NHS dental care is always available if you are in severe pain, whether you have a regular dentist or not. Urgent treatment when your dentist is closed includes treatment that is necessary to relieve severe pain or bleeding.
Park Avenue Dental Practice is concerned about the quality of care you receive and strives to maintain high standards of care. However we do appreciate that there may be an occasion where you or your family feel dissatisfied with the standard of service you receive. Please do not hesitate to tell us about your comments as this helps us to learn from your experience and to improve services for future patients.
