Our experience in renting with C P PAPAS was horrendous. We have never had such a bad experience with an estate agents. They do not show any professionalism and frankly do not care. When we had issues with our landlord/flat infested with rats, they did not take any accountability nor tried to help. We could not get out of there faster!

Stay as far away from this agency as you can. We had the same experience as many others have had if you read through the rest of the reviews. They wanted us to transfer 7 months rent and deposit but refused to give us paper work or deposit scheme info ahead of the transfer. In the contract it says tenants are liable for any mold or damp damage in the flat, I have never had a contract state this ever before. When we questioned both of the above, they said that the landlords family was taking the flat - just as they clearly have done to anyone asking any questions. Do not waste your time with them

I have rented a property through c p papas for the last two years and I can honestly say I have never received a more professional and courteous service from any business before, not just estate agents. Nothing is to much trouble, they are friendly and understanding and reply to any query within hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
