A complete sham of a company, Jay made many promises in the vendors behalf during negotiations and then failed to deliver on any of them. All they are interested in is pushing the sale through and collecting their fee.

Fantastic experience with the Property Specialists. Not often that you can say that, but honestly could not fault the guys at the Property Specialists. They couldn't have been more helpful, responsive and friendly. Special thanks to Jay, Samuel & David for their help. Would 100% recommend and I would only use the Property Specialists for any further business. Not worth considering anyone else.
