Awful company trying to tell me as a buyer I’m not allowed to speak to the homeowners without going thought them, telling me I’m not allowed to knock on the door. What law have I broken? None. The manger there is a jumped up power mad lady who needs to check the way she talks to customers. She has now removed me from mailing list and stopped from viewing any properties in future even though I have done nothing wrong.

I would highly recommend Quirks Billericay. They sold our property during the COVID period and the service was excellent from beginning to end. I cannot fault the sales team or Kiri, the sales progressor, they couldn’t have done anymore and was always one step ahead. Our chain was quite problematic but Kiri’s involvement was superb and nearly single handedly kept the chain together. The whole team was in the loop regarding the sale so communication was excellent throughout. Brilliant service.
