Tom was so helpful, especially given COVID meant I was unable to pick out a ring in person. Made the whole process really easy, explained stuff nice an simple for me and responded to all my queries really quickly! The ring was amazing - can't rate the whole experience highly enough.

You can spend hours walking around Hatton Garden, and not find anything close to the quality of Diamonds you can get in Durrants. I went into maybe 15 different shops looking for the perfect pair of stud earrings for my wife, and despite some shops having impressive (on paper) diamonds, they lacked the shine and fire that I expect from something of their grade.
Tom and his family really understand how to choose diamonds for their looks rather than their certification, and so with their extremely scrupulous procurement process, you can get a larger diamond which looks better for the same money

Called in yesterday with my Wife & Daughter to purchase a 21st Birthday ring for my daughter, the Lady assistant was informative & knowledgeable, when we asked if she would be able to do anything about the price, her response was 'I am not a second hand car dealer' , we left feeling embarrassed in front of our daughter, Im surprised to see such a bad attitude in these testing times for retail, we duly purchases at a nearby competitor.

Excellent service received. Very accommodating and were able to create the custom piece just as I wanted. Their knowledge and experience was invaluable in assisting me in designing my piece.

Cannot fault my experience with Durrants - Tom made the fairly daunting task of buying an engagement ring incredibly enjoyable and the resulting product was perfect. Throughout the whole process, from advice on different styles to stones and then tailoring and customising a design to fit with my needs, Tom was always quick to respond, honest and incredibly helpful. Can't recommend enough.

My fiancé needed a diamond replacement in her engagement ring one Saturday. The small stones around her halo setting are extremely delicate and we tried every… single jewellers along the Garden and was given the same responses; no we won’t touch it; it can be done it’s too intricate; we don’t have a workshop.
