Bought a Tommy Hilfiger watch.
Only worn it 2 or 3 times, when it needed wound up, the winder fell out when it was gently teased out.
When a repair was requested we were told it would cost £50, as it was accidental damage!!!
Really it is poor workmanship.
The winder should not fall off a new watch.
Never shop here again.

Really excellent service. I first bough a watch as a gift from Eternity that I could not find in stock anywhere else, I decided I wanted a watch myself and even though I am down in West Yorkshire I had no hesitation in using them again, I dealt with Greg and the service was once again fantastic, my watch arrived next day and he had taken a link out of the strap for me too.
