Services
Back in the day, PR Motors repaired horse boxes and other lorries in agricultural outbuildings. We even built a few along the way. After years of sustained success, we decided in 2004 that it was time to take the business to the next level, so we built a new modern workshop and became an accredited MOT testing station.
We have 8 fully qualified vehicle technicians and 2 apprentices. We continue to train our staff throughout their careers on both internal and external courses. We often recruit from main agents. We welcome feedback of any description, and are delighted to receive many excellent unsolicited comments on a regular basis.
We've been a fully accredited MOT test centre in Reading since 2004. At PR Motors, an MOT for any car is 40 with a FREE retest and FREE local collect and deliver. We can MOT all Class 4, 5 and 7 vehicles on the premises; ie all cars, commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes and minibuses. An MOT test is an annual requirement for all cars 3 years after the date of first registration in the UK.

If you are unsure which brand to buy we will happily advise you on the best tyres for your vehicle and your style of driving. Fuel efficiency, tyre life and car safety are at their peak when all 4 wheels are completely aligned on every axis. If your front tyres are wearing unevenly we would suggest having the tracking checked and adjusted (30+vat).
