After visiting a lot (and I mean a lot) of the jewellery shops in Hatton Garden, I can honestly say that Madison gave us the best experience. Really friendly staff, who are more than happy to help and advise without being that pushy sales person type!

I went to Maddisons after my parents had a diamond ring made a few years ago - it was such a great ring that I said I would go back to Alan when I was going to propose. Alan was so helpful, he guided me through the whole process, showing me all the diamonds available to me and how they would work in the ring. We visited Madisons in July/August looking from an Engagement ring. This was the 15th store we visited and we were starting to give up hope, but right away Carly understood what I was looking for, and was so brilliant and knowledgeable. She made me feel so at ease and let me try on as many rings as I wanted. Even let us walk outside with the rings to see what they look like in the natural light. We ended up going for a customized design, and got to pick out own diamond for the centre! She really made us feel like a part of the process and I am so grateful. We cant wait to return to buy our wedding

Got both engagement ring and wedding bands from Madison's and it was the best decision I made. There are lots of options in Hatton Garden, but the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, Alan in particular, put Madison ahead of everyone else. Felt really well looked after and we are both over the moon with the rings.
