My partner and I stayed at the Lakeside Park Hotel at the end of November for his birthday. Unfortunately, it didn’t turn out to be the special weekend we were hoping for.
When checking in, we were asked to change in our rooms before going to the hotel spa, however there were no slippers available, so I don’t know how we were expected to do this. I was told there were supply issues with the slippers. Had we known this prior to arrival, we would have brought our own.
The spa itself was overcrowded and one of the saunas wasn’t even on or was broken.

We had a pleasant stay there , wonderful views overlooking the lake very peaceful . Very handy for the ferry , loved the Isle of Wight . The hotel Restaurant perhaps is badly designed also the menu is poor very limited . We ate out after the first dinner there as did a lot of fellow guests we met . Plenty of nice restaurants around the area so eating out wasn't a problem .Love the Island.

I came with a relative for one night at the end of our holiday on the Isle if Wight. The accommodation, spa and restaurant were all equally splendid! The staff were really friendly and helpful, which added to the pleasure. I have never been to a spa before but this will make a further experience elsewhere very hard to live up to! Thank you to everyone for all your hard work and dedication.

We have just had 2 wonderful nights here celebrating our anniversary. The staff were very attentive, polite and helpful. The food in the brasserie was excellent and they even brought out a happy anniversary slate for us. The spa facilities were good, although busy it’s best to go early in the morning. The treatments were great and highly recommended.
