Today I received a call , a job offer from one of you’re advisor, very rude, disrespectful, no communication skills at all, no costumer service, and she chose to speak my maternal language, ROMANIAN. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
Ladies in office have very poor english, almost not possible to understand them, I apply for housekeeping job for £10p/h, without informing me I've been moved to a different hotel where I was paid a bit more than minimum wage. Management lies to their employees, would not recomand at all!!!

Terrible service, I went there and was expecting a quick process.
First they make you do a 10 minute application process then they put you in front of a camera like a criminal and you have to put up with it!!!
But wait, that's not all.
Once they've done taking your credentials and documents they send you upstairs to the roof for a "introduction" where it's actually just a video tutorial of all the basic rules and that's just to WASTE YOUR TIME while they do god knows what with your documents. Simply put, this agency is disgusting and their staff is NOT professional at all.

Reliable recruitment agency, professional staff who always ready to help. The salary is paid every Friday. There are many advantages: paid holidays, various working hours depends on your flexibility, opportunity to develop. If you really want to find a job quickly, you can join this agency and start working the next day after your registration. Of course, you have to be ready to work, because everything depends only on you and your attitude to job.

Even 1 star is a lot for these unprofessional people! Damn them, they have eliminated me from their list for no reason and no prior notice! Actually, there is a reason I guess. Once in Jumeirah hotel, there was a rude female manager who did not pay fully for my hours, and I told them they should deal with the police and court. I guess this must be the reason that the agency did not give me shifts since then! No mind, I do not need anything from them. It is a year that I am with other agencies which are professional with higher payments. This agency even does not give the holiday-pay, and does not
