A friend of mine was extremly upset after dealings with this agency. AN interview was arranged which in the meantime she was offered another job. She called the agency to let them know that she wouldn't wish to attend the interview as she has employment. The lady on the phone was very rude, hung up and then called her back again to have another go. I own my own business and my husband also deals with a lot of employment agencys. I could not believe the unprofessional attitude that I was witnessing. I would never use this company to search for staff for me.
