Awful agency, I did the whole process of signing up, going to agency for my lateral flow test, giving all my documents to them, answering all their annoying phone calls. Just for them to not give me any news about my job in the end that I successfully got? I kept telling them from the beginning weekend only, im a university student, but they kept saying 'hi we got you on weekday!' I've said multiple times its weekend, they don't listen. and now I have to find a new job because they saying I got the job, then saying they will call me and give me news, but they didn't, they eventually called 2 weeks

Back in 2008 when I was looking for work received an email from them regarding a recruitment day. When I arrived on the selected date the female was very rude and gave me a very difficult Microsoft office assessment to do. I walked out knowing they wouldn't get me work. I am mixed race guess they didn't know that with my name no wonder the female looked surprised racist scumbag.

The staff in owen payne need to go and be retrained in how to talk to people and how to treat people they are rude and unprofessional think that they no it all never mind worrying what other people do they need to do there job that they are paid for like helping people back in work instead of sitting round talking to each other or using owen payne as a dog kennel place

This is the second time happened with me with this agency you think i would have leaned last time.. The worst agency their have lack of communication their will promise you job you go to register and then no job their just wasting your time avoid this awful agency

Elise from the West Brom branch is amazing. She got me an interview and kept me updated at every stage. Even phoned me on the morning of my interview to say good luck. Company took me on permanently after 4 weeks and I'm still there, I love the job and the people are great who I work with! Absolutely shocking service. Travelled over an hour by public transport to be forward for a role there was apparently not much interest in only to be called the day after and told I'd be required to do a week of cleaning work before being put forward for the Quality Inspector position as the company was short on workers. When I tried to question this I was rudely told 'youre being given an opportunity to work and if you don't want to do it there's plenty of people that we can call who will'. I could of signed up for a cleaning/warehouse job in my own town of Walsall without all the travel for over
