5* +! Having had an abroad wedding cancelled, Southdowns Manor came the rescue! Even then having to move the date Natalie and the initial team offered amazing communication and assurance. Lia and Lucy then looked after every step of the detail, the professionalism and confidence meant it was so easy and chilled (for us!). Finally on the day we have the brilliant Milli, again just seamlessly guided us through the day and we didn't have to think about a thing other than having fun!! We couldn't thank the team enough, our guests haven't stopped commenting on the food, service and beautiful venue

The venue is beautiful, food was great. Unfortunately, the wedding planner that was given to my daughter the week before the wedding, made a few mistakes. I.e. ceremony seating was reversed, causing the father of the bride issues to get around his daughter to sit down. The music for the brides entrance went wrong. No lock/or closing of the box where guests wanted to post the cards. Along with several other small things that had been covered in a meeting, as well as pictures/instructions of where things should be placed on the day in the boxes. This was a shame and disappointing as all covered,
