Greenview Nursery Within Greenfield Community Centre

At Greenview Nursery we pride ourselves on our well-qualified and experienced staff team. All of our staff are passionate about raising outcomes for children and you can often hear laughter ringing through the office as they make every day fun for all your little ones. We can't introduce you to them all here so let's start by meeting some of our management team to find out some more about them.

We work closely with parents and carers to ensue that we have continuity with home routines and enable a smooth transition to nursery. Babies in particular love to explore the world around them. We have a wide range of resources enabling each child to develop and gain experiences using their senses during play.

Babies quickly transform into toddlers and again we ensure that their needs and interests are met during this important stage in their life. Greenview Nursery adopts the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework and this enables us to provide the most flexible and stimulating development programme which ensures that at each stage of their development your child's unique needs are met.

Changing from toddlers to pre-school is a new and exciting time. Our qualified and experienced team are ready to encourage each child's development through varied and age appropriate activities. As your preschooler's awareness of their imagination and language increases, opportunities to learn will be supported continually, whether it's mixing and making play dough or expressing themselves through music or play.

At Greenview Nursery we are committed to outdoor play in all weathers for all ages of children. All activities will be made accessible to children with special educational needs. Children need regular access to outdoor play in order to develop their large and small muscles, experience an environment that is different to the inside of the nursery and more importantly access sunlight in order to absorb vitamin D more effectively.
