Very good place to buy car very friendly helpful but not at all pushy to sale car most cars are main dealership part exchange cars in very good condition i drove down had look at car a week after i first see car on AA web site as car was being m.o.t ed well worth the wait if your traveling by public transport to buy or pick up car from this garage book taxi before you arrive at uckfield station i have given car 400 mile test drive very nice car for the money very good services

I recently bought a VW Polo from Chalvingtons Sussex Ltd. I was introduced to the car and invited to inspect and drive the car for short distances. There was no sales pressure at all. I was very happy with the car from the start and that was before it was even valeted! We arranged a date and time to collect the car and even as I turned up, Graham was applying the finishing touches. The car looked immaculate!

Great place to buy a car! Recently took my son to buy his first car. Graham showed us multiple cars and left us to look over them for as long as we liked with no pressure and no sales talk. He offered advice when we needed it and understood our requirements completely. A very competitive price, AA Cover and a warranty. 6 weeks on we are all still so happy with the car and cannot recommend Chalvingtons enough.

I bought my car at a great price. Best experience I ever had on buying a car. Graham a true gent a man of honour. The engine light come on- on my Mini Cooper S after 3 weeks of use. ‘Absolutely!’ no way could anyone know this would happen. A new chain (a pig to do!) needed replacing. Graham with no quibbles arranged for the work to be done. Using The Car Clinic, again Brilliant knowledgeable mechanics. All sorted no fuss. Would 100% recommend buying a car from Chalvingtons. I've recently brought a Jaguar from Chalvingtons Sussex Ltd. From the very word go I was impressed with their professionalism.
I was met with a personal greeting upon arrival. I was introduced to the car, handed the keys and asked if I wanted the tour of the vehicle or to be left alone to look around it, sit in it start it and even allowed to drive the car alone within the confines for their long courtyard.
There was no sales pressure at all. I was left to make my own mind up and then invited to the office to talk business. I was asked what I was looking at paying for that car and after explaining

Dealt with Chalvingtons during lockdown as my son needed a car quickly. The car was well priced and the cooling off period and short warranty gave us the confidence to purchase the car without viewing or a test drive. A couple of minor issues with the vehicle which were dealt with immediately and without fuss. Now six weeks in and my son loves the car. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a good second hand vehicle.
