I think you will have to go a long way to find a car dealer as friendly, polite and above all as honest as Simon.

I recently bought a Honda Civic from Shorts. I am absolutely delighted with the car. I was dreading buying a car for various personal reasons and Simon made the whole experience a lot more pleasant than I had imagined. He explained everything about the car really clearly and gave me as much time as I needed to test the car. I didn't feel under any pressure to buy at all. He has worked hard to comply with social distancing rules and even sprayed the car with something before I picked it up. There was a little problem that occurred with a faulty shock absorber and he got it sorted really efficiently
