One of the few places around that will actually repair costume jewellery and very honest about the work that can or can’t be done. Also not snobbish about the fact that it’s ‘cheap’ jewellery which is what it was called by someone else in the area. A very lovely couple in the office as well, the lady was a bit kooky but in a sweet endearing way. I’ll be back for sure.

I recently had a two Emerald rings resized and repaired plus a bracelet repaired here.
What a great experience!
I was in a hurry and they agreed to do it very speedily
They pay good attention to detail.
They were really careful with my delicate pieces.
I was totally surprised by how reasonable the prices were too.

Not only lacking to read my email of what exactly I needed done. But leaving out important repairs to a small item that needed small adjustments. This took 5 months !! to finish when it’s a job not more than a week. I was billed way out of this world a whooping £500 for a piece of jewelry that sells for £200. Stay away. Save your money and the hassle. Sadly that I not found an amazing place where they do custom made rings around the corner from them. VERY reasonably priced and they could assist me easily with my repair.
