SO AFTER STAYING WITH VAVISTA FOR A SECOND YEAR NOW THEYRE ASKING FOR DOCUMENTS TO OR ELSE TGEY WILL CANCEL MY POLICY. WHEN CALLING TO QUERY WHY THEY REQUIRE IT IN THE SECOND YEAR. I HAD TO GET CUT OFF ON TRANSFERS 4 TIMES WHEN FINALLY GETTING THROUGH TO SOMEONE I EXPLAINED IVE BEEN CUT OFF 4 TIMES AND THE ADVISOR COULDNT EVEN SHOW ANY CARE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND NEVER APOLOGISED ONCE EVEN THOUGH I MENROONED IM PROMISED A CALL IN 48 hours IF I DONT RECIEVE A CALL I AM CANCELLING THE POLICY AND GOING WITH ANOTHER COMPANY

Easy to use website, good insurance broker so far. Quick service when I needed to make a claim after someone drove into my car in a car park and they sorted the claim out quickly. Only negative shop around for insurance during renewal period. Same with all insurances, I found cheaper insurance elsewhere after I renewed (my own fault for not shopping around at the time) otherwise good experience with these so far.

Worst company ever my partner car got involved in fire incident after 2 weeks still no reply from them but pick the car from home on the same day of incident no courstey car has been provided saying if your car is write-off you won't get a courtesy car but after 2 weeks still nothing got declared. I suggest don't go with company

Would leave 0 stars if possible- the customer service is horrendous. Talked to one lady for 20 mins before she cut the phone and her colleague refused to reconnect me. Another 20 mins later, I was being told I will be charged extortionate cancellation fees despite the cooling off period and me not providing consent to even renew the policy in the first place. My premium went up for the year with comparison sites offering my insurance upto 25% cheaper!! (no claims made during policy etc) The renewals team really didn't care I wanted to cancel- best of luck if you go with them- I highly doubt the

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Got repayments information completely wrong by hundreds of pounds, sent me letters advising were cancelling my insurance (by accident) when asked for everything in writing i was asked to write down our phone conversation because an email from them wouldn't make sense. Literally I have no words.
