Welcome to my website, my name is Steve and I'm a Hull Driving Instructor who gives driving lessons in Hull and surrounding areas. If you are here you are probably thinking about learning or continuing learning to drive, or maybe improving your driving skills, so I am pleased to say you have come to the right place!.
I've been teaching pupils to drive since 1987 and I teach driving as a life skill. It's what happens after your driving test that matters most. My pupils enjoy many many years of safe driving and I have a high pass rate so why not join them!.

Services
I qualified as a Department of Transport Approved Driving Instructor back in 1987 and have enjoyed many years of giving driving lessons in Hull and surrounding areas. I pride myself on my high pass rate which I have maintained over the years - I always manage to stay above the national average which is currently 48%, and my record pass rate was a few years ago when I reached 88% over a entire year!.

By far the best instructor in Hull. Steve had so much time and patience during my lessons and never made me feel I couldn’t be a good driver. I’ve had two instructors in the past and failed 3 tests until I started driving with Steve; I passed first time with 1 minor. Couldn’t recommend a better instructor.

Definitely would recommend Steve Hunter to anyone who's wanting to learn to drive. Got amazing knowledge of the do's and don't do's of the road, years of experience and brilliant patience and attitude towards people always wanting to bring out the best in them. Never once doubted me with anything, always understood things and took great time to progress and never rushed anything. Brilliant guy all around too, cheers for the many lessons of teachings you certainly brought out the best in me.
