Had appointment today to see the sample ( which they didn't had it ) . Lady were very nice, and knows that I'm returning customer. She said she can send me sample but came manager who didn't have any enthusiasm and said I have to pay for the sample . Had an amazing time choosing an engagement ring for my partner we saw a nice young lady named Charlotte. It was my partner and I's first time doing anything like this she made us feel comfortable.
