After running a successful conservatory business in the late 1980s, it was Phillip's vision to progress to manufacturing conservatory ancillaries, ridge crestings, finials, tie bar components and roof vents. A successful manufacturing roof vent business was born from this for over 23 years.

In these conditions Roof Vent UK Limited is referred to as 'the Company' and the person contracting with the Company is referred to as 'the Customer'. All contracts made by the Customer with the Company shall be on the terms hereof and the Customer shall not be entitled to rely upon the statement (other than the terms of this Contract) whether oral or written and whether express or implied given or made by or on behalf of the Company.
