Before I start, at least 2 5*reviews on this website are fake and have been done by people who are currently working there, Vio is one. She was who we came to for problems throughout some of our tenancy and she was so unhelpful in my opinion. We were lied to from the start of our tenancy. were promised things that never happened, was left without… heating, hot water and no plugs working apart from the fridge for 2 months!? I even had someone come into the property without informing us, showing people round the house. I literally got woken up, being the only person in the house, by someone
