The amount of work the team did behind the scenes to try and make things as smooth as possible for us (particularly when we had some ridiculous demands from our buyers’ solicitor) went above and beyond what we expected, and we are so grateful to them all. Gary was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable & very friendly.
Our flat had been on the market, with another Estate Agent, from June 2nd to December 21st 2020. It never sold!
Our flat was put back on the market with Sean Heaney Estate Agents on January 13th 2021. Gary managed to sell our flat on January 23rd 2021.

Sean Heaney estate agents are everything that a local estate agent should be. I have experienced both sides of the market with them, selling a property and also searching for a home. They have a deep knowledge of the areas in which they serve resulting in realistic valuations and the viewings that they get are from serious, interested buyers.
