So pleased we found this place when designing our engagement ring. Daniel and Juliet made the whole experience a pleasure, they had such a wealth of knowledge and design ideas. It was amazing to be involved from the very beginning and the final ring is stunning. Looking forward to coming back for our wedding rings hopefully next year.

Davril has a first class customer service ! After not being quite sure about the ideal design for my ring, Juliet came up with different designs and showed me a great selection of stones. Their in-store jewellery selection and bespoke pieces makes them stand out from all the other stores in Hatton Garden.

My fiancé got my engagement ring from Davril, he said they were amazing and really helped him choose the perfect ring. I went back to Davril for my wedding band and they were really helpful and patient and the service was brilliant. Cannot fault them at all. The rings are perfect and at great prices and also the staff are lovely! will recommend to friends and family

Absolutely obsessed with my rings.. my husband bought my engagement ring from Davril jewels 2 years ago and each year have brought it back for a spruce up.
I wanted to match perfectly my wedding band, they were so nice and recognized my fiancee (at the time) and I immediately and welcomed us back warmly. My wedding band took about 6 weeks to make, but i didnt expect anything less if you are having bespoke made. And the whole design was spot on. Can't understand the negative reviews as the whole experience had been noting but lovely.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! My husband and I shopped around London for someone to set my engagement diamond into a ring as well as design and make my wedding band. I WISH I READ REVIEWS FIRST!!!! They were very good at getting my business by saying everything I wanted to hear. They stuffed the engraving on my engagement ring 3 times. One diamond fell out of my wedding band on my wedding day. My engagement ring is pathetically made and looks rough. The wedding band should never have been sold to me which was verified by the independent assessment I paid for. They would not accept any responsibility! I had

The worst service I have ever received. The goods I was provided were so faulty and shabby that they literally fell apart within weeks. This was independently verified by industry experts but Davril did nothing to help - once they had my money they didn't care. This is just my personal experience of course but I have learned valuable lessons!!
