We established our company in 1986. We started off building our customer base and builder contacts from under taking small repairs and extensions then on to reroofing domestic and commercial property. We then moved on to larger building site work and larger one off house builds.
Today we still undertake all repairs, large or small, work on smaller sites with three or four developments and work with most local builders covering their roofing works.Being based in and around the New Forest we became increasingly involved in contracts concerning heritage and listed buildings. These quickly grew through word of mouth and our reputation with local builders.

We undertake all roofing repairs, large or small, roofing work on smaller sites with three or four developments and work with most local builders covering their roofing works. We are based in and around the New Forest and have become increasingly involved in contracts concerning heritage and listed buildings.
Once the quotation has been approved and the start date has arrived, we would firstly arrange for the scaffolding to be erected making sure there is still access to all doors, windows, garages and walkways and it is safe for family use. We can fence off a working area if required. We can arrange for a waste bin to be delivered next to the job and a chute for our rubbish.
If we are quoting for a small repair, we will get up on the roof and find the cause of the problem. We can take a few photos of the problem area and the area around it. Once back in the office we can enlarge the photos and send them out with your quote with a few pointers showing you the problem.
The quotation will have a working list of all the work needed to be carried out and if scaffolding is required, plus when we can be there to undertake the work.If we are quoting for a complete reroofing / refurbishing works we will arrange for a visit to the property when you have a little more time to run through all your ideas.
