Services
Brachers Garden portfolio of work includes roof terraces, traditional courtyards and town gardens in London and the South East of England. No two gardens are the same. Our approach is to listen to the client. Working in unison, we develop a design brief, from this we design the shape of the garden to meet the clients' needs.
Following on from the initial design consultation the 1st stage of the process will be an on-site survey. This allows us to understand the aspect of the garden & size of the plot and to discuss what is achievable within your budget. An outline plan of the design will be presented and at this point we can tweak the design by talking through your preferred building materials and any other suggestions that you may have.
Exploring the existing levels, buildings, trees, utilities & services, all of which need to be recorded. On some occasions an independent surveyor may need to be be appointed. Fees do not include the cost of a surveyor but we are very happy to arrange this service for you. We then prepare a master plan supported by CGI renders, perspectives & mood boards to help you visualise the design.
Our client required a low maintenance planting scheme and wanted a stylish outdoor space for both entertaining and dining. We designed a gravel garden on a very large scale including huge boulders, stylish pond and a decked section. With the imaginative use of salvaged sea groynes & a great sub-tropical planting plan we gave this coastal garden the wow factor.
