In my opinion this company is appalling and needs to be dealt with by the regulators. I tried to cancel my policy on the day of purchase (I have a statutory right to do so within 14 days). Basically they make it impossible by providing no means of contacting them - phone number was inoperable, automated email response referring you back to a web page which contains the inoperable number.
