Finally a reliable and affordable cleaning company in London! I hired them for an end of tenancy cleaning, including carpet cleaning and they were very professional. Came to my house on time and did an excellent job. I got my full deposit back from the landlord. Before finding them online, I went through tons of reviews of other companies that were either extremely expensive, didn't clean properly or were complete scams! Thankfully, reviews exist and save people a lot of money.
Edit: also, the house is huge so the fact that they finished everything in 4 hours is amazing.

Starting from the excellent customer service experience (I was constantly kept informed of progress on the phone) to the actual clean itself. The bathroom in particular was unrecognizable from before they went in to clean.

Very professional, well trained staff and always on time. I have been using Pro Cleaning Services for two years now and every time they do a great job.
