Services
During the early days of her legal career Vicky specialised in securing injunction orders in cases involving domestic violence. After graduating from the University of Central Lancashire and attending Chester Law College, Vicky qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and worked at a firm of solicitors in Preston.
Here at Kevills we are proud to represent a diverse range of clients, both locally and further afield, including businesses, families and individuals. Much of our business comes through personal recommendation and we strive to maintain our reputation within the local area and beyond, investing in our local community, and combining cost-effective, high quality legal advice with a friendly and personal approach.
Living through a divorce or separation can be a difficult and confusing time, and presents challenging issues that require expert skills to resolve. Vicky Nicholson, our family and matrimonial specialist, aims to help you come to terms with the breakdown of a relationship, marriage or civil partnership through providing the requisite knowledge and experience.
Dealing with most areas of civil litigation, Partner Simon Robinson, together with John Crompton provide an efficient, thorough and expert service for clients, acting on their behalf in a range of disputes including employment, contracts, company law, housing possessions, disputed inheritance claims, and licensing.
Buying a house is an expensive and often stressful process. Dan Grimshaw, Katie Norris and Charlotte Ferguson, together with their Conveyancing team, have considerable expertise in ensuring that the transaction goes as smoothly as possible, whether you are a first-time buyer, are buying and selling at the same time, or are hoping to re-mortgage.

Really pleased with the conveyancing service provided by Kevills, we used them for both the Sale of our old home and Purchase of a new build property.
The whole process was relatively painless and we were kept informed about every step taken along the way.
Katie was direct and professional. She always responded promptly to emails, posted the relevant forms to us without delay and went above and beyond in terms of service during the unprecedented challenge that was Covid-19. Katie made every effort to ensure that we could move home ASAP.
I'd have no issue recommending Kevills to others.
