It is sometimes the case that designers and R&D Specialists will require specific fastener. EES has been modifying standard fasteners for decades. If you need a hole drilled and tapped, custom thread length, point style, or a head trimmed down, EES has the experience and quality of finish that you are seeking.
EES Engineering can manufacture or alter any coupling piece for fixed, linked or flexible shaft cables. Standard material for couplings is 070M20 / 080M15 (En3B). Couplings are Chemically Blacked for corrosion resistance. End couplings are fitted with a grub screw for fixing to mating parts. Other lengths and requirements can be accomodated and manufactured.
EES provide engineering services to mill, drill, cross drill and tap fasteners and for the modifications of these. They also provide crimping services to your fastener or coupling part. Working with a fast and reliable supply of steel, stainess steel, aluminium, brass, plastic, EES can create a bespoke order as large or as small as you require.
