Terrible for speeding fines, a policeman said I was speeding when I was not, it was my word against his, I got told not to worry about it, it is a straight forward case. On the day of the court case I suddenly got told to plead guilty and take the 6 points because the magistrate will probably believe the policeman, His fee was already £1000 and if I plead not guilty I got told his fee would go up to £1500 and I would probably get banned so I took the 6 points even though I was not speeding. Why tell me to plead not guilty for months but 5 minutes before court to plead guilty ?
