Poor quality of service. In particular from Rosie Mcgarry. Doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls. Has poor customer service skills. I feel like I’ve been robbed by this firm as I paid top money for their services which were below average. 6 months after the purchase of my property and I’m still chasing her for documents that were meant to be transferred to the management company after completion.

Never known nothing like it in my life.
Don’t even know how this place is still open they treat people like a disgrace. Been waiting for a response for 5 weeks even with constant calls emails it’s like talking to a brick wall don’t even have the curtesy to respond in any way, they literally must do nothing all day.They was sent enquires and haven’t responded to a single thing.No commutation what’s so ever. It’s as if there is no one working there. Don’t know how they haven’t been shut down yet the way they are treating people !!!!!!! It has made the whole process of buying a house

Really disappointed with the service we received, the start of the process to get us on board was great, they were very efficient and responsive, but unfortunately it all went downhill from there! We were constantly having to chase for updates, and being told we would have updates by certain dates yet still having to chase days later, Kirsty was good at getting back to us when we needed help with a tricky conveyancing process, but we only heard from our solicitor once throughout the whole process, where she ‘politely’ told us to stop calling and emailing, despite the fact she was ignoring us

First time I have used Bell Lamb & Johnson and they were brilliant, we used them for a purchase of our new home and we're very professional from start to finish. Lawrence dealt with are purchase he was very helpful and always answered the phone and replied to are emails very quick.

Fantastic service from BLJ. Jenny and Lawrence were fantastic and concluded our purchase of our first home in just over 3 months. The service was exceptional. Our calls were always answered and our emails were replied to swiftly. We were kept updated on the BLJ portal app and we never felt in the dark. They took the stress out of the whole process and we would not hesitate to use BLJ again in the future. Superb.

Contacted them to buy an apartment in October, they completely forgot about my case, the only times that they remebered about me was at the beginning for £200 initial deposit and today to ask for a settlement payment after I have withdrawn my offer. In between it was a complete lack of communication, lack of response and total indifference, the Estate Agent chased me several times because the seller solicitor coulden't get hold of them. NEVER AGAIN. would not recommend at all.

All I can say is that you should take the reviews on ReviewSolicitors with a pinch of salt as they take down negative customer reviews to boost their ratings.
I am very disappointed in the service I received from them and they have refused to apologise for the poor service.
My advice when dealing with BLJ is that you should check every document they send you twice and then ask another organisation to check it and ensure you understand every single clause. If there is a clause saying they will make you a Sandwich in 5 minutes also check there is a clause that it will not be spat in and another

We used BLJ for both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property. The on boarding process was easy and we dealt with Morgan who was very friendly and accommodating.
We were then introduced to Sam Austin and Tiffany Priam, and I can’t speak highly enough of them - they were absolutely outstanding throughout. We were in an chain and Sam knew exactly when to apply pressure and do it in a tactful way.
We must have had poor Tiffany up the wall with our constant queries but she remained outstanding and professional throughout. We found the prices really reasonable and you definitely

Just completed on my first property and couldn’t have gone smoother with BLJ! Was all done very quickly and dealt with everything, even when I was getting pestered by the estate agents.
Online account was very useful to see the stages we were at and there was always someone available to call if I needed.
