I would just like to say how happy I am with the service at your estate agents. I’ve not moved home for 18 years and cannot credit you enough for how well you handled this sale. I was originally let down by another local estate agents and so phoned up Craig on a Friday afternoon to ask him whether he could do a valuation. I could not believe he was round within an hour and said he would sell this property very quickly and had potential buyers lined up. By Saturday morning I had back to back viewings 7 in total and sold it within hours resulting in 3 offers

House sold really quickly but rather than the 6 - 8 weeks quoted by Solicitors/Agents for completion took 12 weeks which quite long for a cash sale.
Had to chase for updates and promised phone calls didn't always materialise.
Would recommend for selling your house but not as stress free as I would have liked the whole process to have been.

From the minute Craig came to do the initial valuation we could tell by his friendly yet professional manner that Hamilton’s were a proper Estate Agency. By working on a percentage basis it is in their interest to get the best price possible for your property. I am so glad we used them.
The property went on the market on a Monday and was sold on the Wednesday. It didn’t end there. Becca in the office kept in touch with us and our solicitors and made sure the whole sale went through smoothly. Hamilton’s made the whole process go smoothly and went the extra mile at every stage of the journey
