Very disappointed with the way in which our french doors have been dealt with by York Windows, the price & delivery were fine but the installation was very difficult for the installation team due to the frame being too small.
A member of the team came out & agreed that the doors should be reinstalled due to several issues. The whole process took approximately 10 weeks.

Our windows were replaced 3 weeks ago and a brilliant job was completed by the fitters. However we had requested a doorway bricked up and the area to be plastered and their plasterer let us down as he couldn’t complete the job at that time. We found communication with the company difficult. Emails were not always replied to and phone calls not always responded to. We requested the plastering to be cancelled and we have received the bill minus that cost and have paid it. A little more attention needs to be paid to customer service as it was disappointing that no one contacted us to apologise for

Front and back Doors supplied by York Windows. Quite a long lead time but worth the wait. Chris Day who fitted the doors was a top lad and went over and above to make sure he delivered a professional finish. Very happy with the service and would recommend them in the future. I’d especially recommend Chris as he is a credit to the business.

We would just like to tell you about the recent new composite door , firstly we have to mention the fitter is name was CHRIS DAY and his work was absolutely brilliant, he was a very friendly man and nothing was too much trouble for him. when he had finished he completely cleaned up every where and left all spick and span. Just to add we have to thank York Windows again for they are a very trust worthy firm and we are convinced you cannot go wrong whatever type of work you need ,finally again all we would like to say if you do book them see if you can get CHRIS he was ace .
