Services
Organising a property inventory*. The Tenant will then be checked in against the inventory. This will incur an additional charge to yourself but we do recommend one be provided as it can save a lot of potential issues on check out. We can offer further advice on this, please just ask. Rental payments are done on a monthly basis and will be credited automatically to the Landlord's nominated bank account.
Cherry Tree Estates was a relatively new agency in Chew Magna when we approached them to market three new individual properties in a converted Chapel. The team is friendly and professional; when you call whoever answers the phone knows who you are and can help you with your query (none of this being passed from pillar to post you sometimes get with larger agencies with lots of part time staff!). Lisa knows her market very well, and I felt she gave us good advice on the value of our property before putting it on the market. We timed it badly (on the market towards the end of the year) so we knew it would be a slow start, but we had a buyer very early in the new year.
