Relax in our restaurant and take your pick from a menu brimming with traditional, tasty treats. This iconic building is a former 16th century coaching inn and is as comfortable and elegant today as it was in its coaching heyday. It was so well loved historically that it's where King Charles I chose to visit back in 1645, the day before the famous battle of Naseby.

We went for coffee and cake today and were very disappointed with the greeting and service provided by a man called Tim. We have visited this place a few times over the last couple of years and have been impressed with the food and the service. However the best words to describe how Tim behaved are rude and unpleasant and not at all to the standard we have come to expect from the Three Swans. Not sure that we will return with all the other excellent venues to be found in Market Harborough. That said, the coffee and cake were great.

I only went to eat at the restaurant so this review is only for that. Ordered a steak medium rare and it came basically well done, medium well at best. Wasn’t given a steak knife and cutting it with a butter knife was pretty tough. Not a very good quality steak. Also ordered a couple burgers which came with the smallest portion of fries you’ll ever see. Fries were served in a little metal basket which was barely filled. Looked like the chef ran out of fries. The burger itself was over cooked with the smallest slice of cheese on top of it. Bacon was fine, and the brioche bun was a little stale

The room (101) was huge and very comfortable including a spa bath. Dinner was excellent however, the staff need to be more attentive and aware of customers needs (it wasn’t busy) but getting table service during our meal was very frustrating, when we did catch their eye, they were all very polite and helpful - especially Liam. Breakfast- buffet, forget it and go elsewhere, no eggs, bacon like cardboard, self - toaster either slightly toasted or burnt, soggy mushrooms, sausages rock - hard!
We would definitely stay here again but minus the breakfast.

Excellent DOG friendly oasis in this predominantly no dogs town. The Scottish lady behind the bar Cathy, was the life and soul of the place, so welcoming and friendly. We had fish finger sandwiches which at first sight looked a little expensive but when they arrived they were home made fish goujons with a range of other garnish, beautifully presented so it was good value quality food after all. Highly recommended!

Quaint. If you get one of the better rooms. Where I stayed in a great room, my colleague ended up in a tiny and stuffy closet-like room.
Lovely old Inn. A good spot if you're staying in the area. Limited amenities, however, it's in the middle of town. The town itself. And its shops and restaurants is truly lovely.
Front desk needs a CS refresher course. Efficiency and being pleasant can coexist!
Bedding is luxurious. Plants and flower beds are beautiful.

This is a charming hotel in city centre Market Harborough. Part of the charm is the location as the town itself is a lovely place to stroll. Several nearby restaurants and a few shops within walking distance create a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel had several buildings arranged intimately and irregularly on a plot of land tucked behind the main row of shops on High St. The facility had been refurbished to create a rather favorable impression. The short corridor leading through the entry from High St. provided anticipation of what was coming. The walkway fanned out to house a patio
