My renewal was a lot more expensive than last year, when I rang dial direct, the very helpful lady found me a very competitive deal only £6 more, very impressed

I feel commee by this car insurer! Join on a good deal. They then sudden claim I lied about a claim year ago......which I have proof that it isn't a claim alongside a full driving history of no claims proof.
I get ignored and they still try put my.premium up.
DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS

I have just finished my years insurance, would have stayed but I was able to find cheaper insurance elsewhere. I was very impressed with the communication from this company. I used to work for a car insurance company so know how easy it can be for people to miss an email but Dial Direct send you emails/texts when ever there is something important to know. They confirm when your policy starts, when direct debit payments go through, they email you a month in advance before your policy is set to expire so you know to start looking at your premiums, and then they email/text to confirm you policy has

Used Dial Direct several times over the years luckily haven't had to make a claim. Over the past few months iv been unlucky with two cars purchased from main dealers being returned. Dial direct have been brilliant in helping sorting insurance out and they don't sting you. Good company with friendly staff.

The customer service is always brilliant, and they always find me a great deal, but the renewals process. is a total pain. EVERY year, I get a quote ridiculously higher than the year before (with no claims) & EVERY year I have to find time to spend on the phone, getting the price back to where it should be. It is a fairly easy (if lengthy) process, so why don't they just quote the price they are going to give in the first place, and save me wasting my time on the phone every year?! I know it is because some people will just accept it and pay the higher price, so more money for DD, but surely loyal

Stay clear of this company!
I utterly regret ever buying car insurance from these guys. What was a cheap option on monthly premium payments turned out to be a costly cancellation penalty. Apparently this is the way this insurance firm makes money on its clients. I had to cancel my insurance after 4 months. As I sold my car I rang for a quote and was quoted 3 times the amount! They do this on purpose knowing full well they will gain money on cancellation fees they want £70 just to cancel my policy, totally shocking, shoddy practices worth reporting to the Trading Standard! I will let as many people
