I had my hair cut for the first time at bridal road branch , I was welcomed lovely by all staff and offered a drink straight away which I think sets the mood, I then had a chat with jade about what was best for… me so that she could give me the best outcome for my individual hair style , she was brilliant from start to Finnish and was lovely and friendly member of staff! I would deffo recommend and I will 100 percent be returning regularly for my hair and my self to feel and look good :)

Had the worst experience in a hairdressers today. Went in with a Bob and wanted layers. Took a picture. Had explained to reception what I wanted when I booked. Assumed I would get a trainee stylist that could cut layers. I had to stop the stylist after seeing she had no idea what she was doing. Her Mentor then had to finish the cut and try and make the best of a bad cut. Sat in the chair crying and left 'free of charge' feeling awful. What should have been a relaxing experience was extremely stressful. I do not recommend.
