Flat Homes, an agent with a difference. Our recent experience could not have been better. From quickly finding us a suitable tenant, through to transferring the completed documentation and monies due. Samantha and the team kept us informed throughout. As part of our management service, we market the property via Rightmove, OnTheMarket and our own website, we carry out pre-vetting of potential applicants, carry out viewings, find the right tenant for the property, collection of deposit and rent, full referencing and credit checks, drawing up all tenancy paperwork, a professional written and photographic inventory and schedule of condition, securing the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service, deposit disputes at the end of the tenancy, check in's and check outs, quarterly inspections and carrying out any maintenance during the tenancy.

Proof of earnings with your 3 most recent payslips or if you are a student infomation on how you will be funded. 3 most recent bank statements so that we can confirm your earnings and that you are currently paying your rent on time.

FlatHomes Priperty Services I have used for 15 years and Gwilym and his team have provided a non stressful time for me as a landlord as problems do arise now and then and things get sorted straight away with the support team in place. For those who are looking for an agent to run there properties these are a must they are profetional and give fantastic value for money and adhere to all the latest rules and regulations that are required. VOID! They ignore maintenance issues. Sub standard repairs. This is a shared house. Cold water tap in communal kitchen not working for months. Never ending heating issues. Property owner won't spend money! Charging £1coin to use cooker and washing machine. Kitchen fire door knackered for months.
Window cleaners are a thing of the past. Fire alarm box needs upgrading. Garden wall in a poor state of repair like the whole house. Kitchen cupboards & draws falling apart. The electric cards supplied for the meters don't always work and you are deducted money from your card if you use emergency. There

Don’t even think it should be one star.
Imagine renting a new place that is completely not of good quality at all and multiple issues arise which they acknowledge too and later become dishonest that they never acknowledged it stating the home as botched.
Imagine constantly trying to follow communication up and your deposit being in their hands for more than a month.
Had enough ? Not quite yet. Ok now imagine you want to leave and you pay them a huge fee for readvertising just for them to not do a full advertising job or get qualifying tenants and you find tenants to replace you yourself. Then

My personal experience with this agency is absolutely wonderful. I can not stress how easy they are making the look out for me, I am reviewing before even deciding on a place, because of how well their service is being provided. Samantha was prompt to respond and Ayesha was an absolute delight showing me around the places I'm considering. Use this, I highly recommend it.

Flat Homes provided excellent service in helping us move house during what is probably the most difficult time of year to do so. Their admin fees were affordable and their swift and friendly service meant we managed to acquire a rental property with as little hassle as possible. I would definitely recommend Flat Homes for anyone looking for rental accommodation.

Worst letting agency I've ever used and I've used 2let2, after renting for 5 years with different agents, the experience I have had with flat homes is astonishing. They have zero customer service skills and just want your rent each month. The services they provide are terrible, I know this is a family run business that's probably because the only way a tenant could be treated this bad is if it's kept in the family. Good luck in the future your going to need it. Company will be lucky to see next year at this rate
