E & A Tooling Ltd is an industrial product design, prototype engineering and precision engineering company based in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. We have been trading for thirty five years and offer our customers a comprehensive service in many aspects of precision engineering. We are also a viable alternative to overseas placements with our well equipped Press Shop.
E&A Tooling has a CNC Milling and Turning Department to compliment our tool room and press shop which enables us to machine pre-production prototypes or secondary machining such as drilling, tapping, pocket machining etc. E&A Tooling places a great deal of emphasis on providing a high level of service to our customers and work pro-actively to achieve the best possible results.
With our experienced Toolmakers, E&A Tooling Ltd are able to produce high quality press tools to suit our customer requirements. Our tool room is adaptable in producing prototype soft tools or production hard tools to either the customer's specification or to our own in-house design.
Whether the component is sketched, or on a general assembly drawing, our Toolmakers will discuss the best and most cost effective way of achieving the best results for the customer, e.g a multi-stage progression tool or a suite of tools etc.

E & A Tooling Ltd offers a competitive service with a high level of quality, allied with a flexible outlook with regard to delivery time scales. We are ISO Rated, so all our products will go through our QA Department and can be issued with a Certificate of Conformity, (on request).
With our wide range of Power Presses we can produce batches of all quantities and have the resources to source any material and protective finishes our customers may require.E & A Tooling will use Press Tools provided by our customers, or purpose built tools can be manufactured by our 'on site' Toolmakers, (see Press Tool Manufacture).

With our extensive press shop equipment including presses of varying tonnages, coil feeders, de-coilers and re-coilers, we are able to produce repeatable precision parts. Customer specific tools can be made by our experienced Toolmakers to produce parts in the most efficient way. Also, we are prepared to use customer's existing tools.
