Luan has just completed the installation of a new boiler, radiators and pump at my home. I am absolutely delighted with the works carried out I was able to explain what I wanted and Luan gave great advice about what I needed. I was able to leave him to progress the works and come home to see everything completed beyond my expectations. It is lovely to have someone who you can trust completely as he takes such a pride in what he does and just wants to do a great job. I have used Luan before to install a new heating system at a previous property and I would have no hesitation in recommending him

Luan agreed to service my boiler and carry out Gas checks with my certificate at the end of the process . Luan is so helpful and very professional. We agreed date and time and Luan was very punctual, nothing is a problem, very informative and helpful.

Luan and his team were exceptional when they replaced my mother in laws boiler. She's had problems with hot water for a long time and been fobbed off by other plumbers about the cause - low water pressure, wrong taps etc with no resolution. Luan identified a terminal fault with the boiler and quoted for a replacement, his quote was competitive - the best of 3. The job was completed on time with courtesy and the flat was spotless when he left. I have no hesitation in recommending LJ Heating.
