The Kings Court is the main hall at the IXL, with many impressive features and capacity for 750 guests in banquet style seating or 800 in theatre style seating. The room is equipped with a Nexo speaker system and top of the range lighting equipment, enabling you to transform our venue to fit your theme or style.
With spectacular views of the Warwickshire countryside, the Horizon Lounge is an absolute show stopper. The oak floor and interior trim creates a light and airy feel, combined with our floor to ceiling windows looking out over our upscale terrace and front row views of the race track - our lounge offers your business a wonderfully modern space for corporate events.
The Champagne Bar boasts a wonderfully exclusive feel; with floor to ceiling windows and an almost panoramic view of the Main Polo Pitch and the Super Arena, the space has an extremely light and luxurious edge.

This place is fabulous for the works Christmas party I had got to go as a plus one with my hubby.The grounds are huge from the gate to the buildings. Very lovely and the entertainment was out of this world a Brazilian carnival theme that if it didn't have u standing shaking your hips or were amazed recording the dancing girls who where swinging fire an looked wonderful. The food was nice and they also put on a fire work display to end the evening.

Wow..Wow Wow... Xmas Party 2021... Excellent entertainment with so much variety of acts.
The showstopper of the night was the reveal of the awesome room set up and the artists performing welcoming the guests into a dream event . Well combined with delicious food ,beautiful decor and the service staff were absolutely fantastic.
Atul , Lai and their team arranged so many lovely surprises for the guests . Definitely a night to remember.. Thank you so much. I will SURELY be recommending The Dallas Burston Polo Club parties to all my friends and family..

I had my wedding here and everything was amazing. From the venue to the amazing food by Sanjay Foods to the staff. A dream to work with and truly an amazing venue. Could not fault a thing and it was all perfection with so many compliments from guests. A special thank you to Lai, Harminder and Atul and the team at IXL, Dallas and Sanjay Foods. The best venue in the midlands for weddings, events and functions hands down.
