3 months before your 17th birthday, you can apply for your provisional license. You can apply for the license at UK Driving License or you can apply through the post office with a D1 form. Plus please be advised you will need to confirm identity. Theory test consists of 50 questions of which you need 43 to pass, and hazard perception of which you need 44 out of 75.
