Whilst we continue to undertake business remotely, in view of the current lockdown, our offices at 19 Princess Road will remain closed to the public and clients for the foreseeable future. This will in no way impact the level of service we are able to provide. We can make arrangements for appointments to take place by Skype, Facetime or Zoom where necessary.
We offer all conveyancing services, from buying and selling your home to acting for portfolio purchasers and developers. We are a specialist team and pride ourselves on our personal, friendly and approachable service. We have considerable experience in conveyancing and regularly deal with all aspects of residential property in England and Wales.
We provide a full service in relation to the purchase, lease or financing for your commercial premises. We act for a wide range of clients and are renowned for our clear advice and continuous contact throughout the transaction. We offer advice in connection with all issues arising from the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 to include service of notice to renew leases or obtain possession of premises at the end of the contractual term.
We undertake all types of enfranchisement work; statutory lease extensions, collective enfranchisement and exercising your right to manage your building. The law surrounding enfranchisement is complex and our team will guide you through the process as efficiently as possible to achieve your desired outcome.
Mark is one of the original founding partners who started the firm in 1986, after a spell at city firm Macfarlanes. He has seen many changes in Primrose Hill since that time and also in the nature of conveyancing which have contributed to his vast knowledge of all things property-related. Mark is also the person to contact if you wish to make or update your will.

Mandated Ibby for my recent property purchase, and cannot recommend them enough. Exceptional service from start to finish - Ibby was proactive, thorough, available and helped us navigate through a complicated situation.
In the end, while our first purchase fell through because Ibby flagged serious issues in the documents that the sellers were trying to downplay, we completed on a better property on the second go.

Our sellers used the firm during the sale. Last minute requests were only surfaced by the solicitor Jeff 3 days before exchange, and that has been the same question we have asked 1.5 months ago! Our completion was delayed in result. Consider if you want last minute surprises before choosing this firm.
