Esplanade Isle Of Wight

The morning of my cars service a gentleman came to collect my car from home and returned it when the service was complete in the afternoon. All of the staff at Esplanade are friendly, professional, very informative and go out of there way to help. 5* team.

Superb. What more can I say? Bought my car two years ago and Simon was just amazing. Service is 100% especially with the Smart service plan and car returned spic and span. Thank you. Sorry for late review but better late than never 🙈

Called serving department, very shocked at telephone matter. Quite rude and abrupt! Goes down as my worst customer experience so far this year, see this was an issue previous so obviously no one takes customer comments seriously, maybe as it’s a captive audience on the island!

Excellent buying experience. Tom and the staff were lovely very professional. Absolutely love the VW Golf GTI I brought from them. With free national wide delivery would happily buy again from them.

I have to say the whole experience of buying through Esplanade was faultless, Dan Lacey in particular was both knowledgeable and polite throughout the whole process of purchasing the vehicle.
When it came to the delivery, again they couldn't have made it any easier. It was delivered in pristine condition by Nigel, he then took my car back to the Island making the whole experience a joy.

Simon Daniels who handled the sale for me explained everything to me in a clear and honest manner which made the whole experience so much more pleasant and easier to follow.
Even post purchase Simon has been there and answered several questions I have had promptly and accurately.
I highly recommend, if you are thinking of a new purchase and may have misgivings etc you could not make a better choice of dealership to start your journey.

Esplanade repaired my volvo that was experiencing an intermittent cabin heater problem. Mathew King their service advisor kept me informed during that time as to what the issue was and the estimated time and cost of the repair, although in my case this turned out to be a warranty issue.
At all times their customer care and service in my experience has been to their advertised high standard.

I decided to buy a new second car, And I had decided that Esplanade was the place for it, I was greeted by Dan Lacey who was very kind and responsive of my spec that I was looking for. He even forwarded his emails on his days off to his colleagues. Absolutely fantastic service from looking for a car and through to collection day great.
