Poor Service Received (Pun Intended).
I recently had my Outlander serviced at Colleys and paid a premium price for it. There was a safety recall completed to replace the rear brake calipers as well. As soon as I picked up the car I noticed that the brakes were not working as before, spongy brake pedal and lack of pressure. My Outlander 4HS has brake assistance and Forward Collision Mitigation system both of which were not working correctly after the service and upgrade. The car went back the next day and after a few minutes drive by one of technicians the manager dismissed my complaint in a somewhat
